Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and standards. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, showcasing your expertise in application development and problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Informatica MDM - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring adherence to standards - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM - Experience with data integration and data quality processes - Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts - Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes - Solid grasp of data governance and data management principles Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Informatica MDM - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
