Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, coding and testing applications, and providing technical support to resolve any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Performance Testing Strategy - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring project success - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance - Develop and execute performance test scripts and scenarios - Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools - Experience with load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing - Knowledge of performance monitoring and profiling tools - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy - This position is based in Bengaluru - A 15 years full-time education is required
