Summary: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Visualforce pages. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, utilizing APIs and web services. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce integrations, utilizing APIs and web services. - Solid grasp of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
