Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the business and are designed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing innovative solutions to address business challenges. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and intuitive, providing a seamless experience for end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure that the applications are user-friendly and intuitive. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Ariba. - Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 YEARS FULL TIME education is required.
