Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects and contribute to the overall success of the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. - Ensure the successful implementation of projects within the given timeline. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives. - Assist in testing and debugging applications. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Assist in documentation and knowledge sharing activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics. - Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting. - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards. - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
