Summary: As an Application Designer for Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM), you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing requirements, and designing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - Design and develop customizations and extensions to Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) using Java and Oracle PL/SQL. - Create technical design documents and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) and related technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java and Oracle PL/SQL. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. - Experience in designing and developing customizations and extensions to Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - Experience in creating technical design documents and participating in code reviews. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) and related technologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
