Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education and certification in Adaptive planning

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance business processes and application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Create technical specifications and documentation for application design and development. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality. - Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core, Adaptive Insight. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Adaptive Integrations. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in designing and implementing financial planning and analysis solutions. - Knowledge of Adaptive planning and budgeting software. - Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education and certification in Adaptive planning is required.
