Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of custom applications in ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop custom applications in ServiceNow. - Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of applications. - Contribute to the decision-making process by providing insights and recommendations. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow development. - Ensure the quality and integrity of the applications through thorough testing and debugging. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. - Document application designs, processes, and procedures for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - Experience with ServiceNow platform and its various modules. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience in designing and developing workflows, forms, and UI components in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) module. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow. - Experience with ServiceNow integration and data migration. - Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and customization. - Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
