Educational Qualification : CA or ICWA

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's applications and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and resolve defects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application deployment. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Train and mentor junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP CO Profitability Analysis. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP CO solutions. - Knowledge of SAP CO integration with other modules. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in data migration and data conversion. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A CA or ICWA is required.
