Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM and Workday Recruiting. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring the applications meet the business needs. You will also contribute to the decision-making process and provide solutions to problems for your team and other teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements - Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure the applications meet the business needs - Contribute to the decision-making process and provide solutions to problems Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Recruiting - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Compensation - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and Workday Recruiting - Experience in designing and developing applications - Knowledge of business process and application requirements - Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM - This position is based at our Gurugram office - Mandatory Workday Certification required in the primary and additional must-have skill
