Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM and Workday US Absence Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance the overall user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications using Workday Core HCM and Workday US Absence Management. - Create technical specifications and documentation for application design and development. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality. - Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday US Absence Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Absence certification. - Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday Core HCM and Workday US Absence Management solutions. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 Years of fulltime school education is required.
