Summary: As an Application Designer for Cloud Migration & Implementation, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements related to ServiceNow IT Service Management. Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design applications related to ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud by working with the ServiceNow platform. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on ServiceNow tools administration. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow IT Service Management applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow tools administration. - Solid understanding of cloud migration and implementation processes. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
