Summary: As a ServiceNow HR Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow HR Service Management module and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud platform. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop ServiceNow HR Service Management applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud platform. - Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow HR Service Management module. - Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and guidelines for ServiceNow HR Service Management module. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Management module. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow HR Service Management applications. - Strong understanding of cloud migration and implementation processes. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Management module. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
