Must have Skills : SAP HCM On Premise ABAP, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: No Technology Specialization NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Understands the functional requirement, prepares the technical design, coding and unit testing of SAP HCM applications to meet business process requirements Applies technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of SAP HCM applications Review the technical deliverables to ensure that the best coding practices have been applied Manage small teams Technical Experience : 1 Min 5 years of ABAP-HR experience 2 Min 1 Full life cycle implementation of SAP HR or SF project 3 Has worked with small and large teams 4 Robust knowledge of ABAP-HR with strong tech and analytical ability in SAP tools and methodologies 5 Hands on exp in Infotype creation or extn, data extraction from HCM tables: LDB,SELECTs FMs and HR Macros, reading data from cluster tables, custom enhancements, repetitive structures, dynamic actions, performance programming Professional Attributes : Should have good communication skill and should be able to interact with client Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education Good Communication Skills Additional Info : NA
