Summary: As an Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Core HCM and conducting Workday HCM testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop Workday Core HCM applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Conduct Workday HCM testing to ensure the quality and integrity of the applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Workday HCM Testing, Workday Core HCM - Experience in designing and developing Workday Core HCM applications. - Strong understanding of Workday HCM testing methodologies and tools. - Experience in providing technical guidance and support to the team members. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles and practices.
