Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and meeting client expectations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing technical guidance to the development team. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Financial Integration. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday Financial Integration solutions. - Knowledge of Workday Financial modules and their integration with other systems. - Experience in developing and maintaining Workday Financial reports and dashboards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Must have relevant delivery experience as Delivery Manager. - Mandatory to have related Certifications.
