Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Ensure the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM. - Contribute to the design and development of data mapping and conversions for Workday. - Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and its functionalities. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Core HCM. - Knowledge of data mapping and conversions in Workday. - Familiarity with Workday's data integration tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Workday data mapping conversions and certification is mandatory.
