Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance the HR processes and systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop scalable and efficient applications using Workday Core HCM. - Create technical specifications and documentation for application design and development. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues and incidents. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Workday Core HCM and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Integrations. - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday Core HCM solutions. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy standards. - Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
