Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process requirements. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Recruiting. - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. - Experience in application design and development. - Knowledge of data integration and migration techniques. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Mandatory Certified and experienced Recruiting consultant is required.
