Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed to effectively meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications that meet the defined requirements and align with the organization's standards and best practices. - Create technical specifications and design documents for the development team. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application design and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. - Recommendation: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
