Involve in support / minor enhancement activities. Provide support on L1/L2 tickets, Analyze the issue and identify the root causeWork on the service requests assigned, close tickets in agreed SLASupport in providing ad-hoc report requests Co-ordinate with vendor /L3 teams with technical detailsUnderstand existing process, system functionalities and interfaces. Provide suggestion for improvement.
Primary Skill
sShould have 4-5 year of experience in Yardi application support.Possess good knowledge in Yardi functionality across modules Should have good analytical skills and knowledge of SQLKnowledge of ITIL process, ServiceNow is preferred.Knowledge on capital investment is preferred.Capable to quickly learn new things and adapt to a new environmentShould have Good Communication and client interaction Skills.
