Job Title: Developer for Power BI Reporting and Analytics
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer that can help in developing reporting /
analytics dashboard applications to augment our Enterprise Chatbot platform that covers different
chatbots covering knowledge management, personalized content retrieval, and self-service fulfillment.
The candidate will work under the direction of technical leads to transform data into actionable insights
and executive dashboards by using various metrics from the chatbots.
The ideal candidate will have experience in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and custom data processing
experience in Python, Excel, etc. They will have demonstrated strengths in data processing, visualization,
and aggregation of diverse data sets into intuitive dashboards. They will also possess strong
communication and design skills and will be comfortable working in an agile setting with stakeholders
across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
? Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and
integrity.
? Work closely with team and stakeholders across different time zones to gather requirements
and provide regular updates.
? Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
? Ensure the quality and reliability of the data presented in BI tools.
? Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI and data processing technologies.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a BI Developer with a focus on data processing.
? Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
? Strong understanding of ETL processes.
? Experience with SQL and database management systems.
? Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
? Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or distributed team
setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with additional data visualization tools and technologies.
? Knowledge of languages such as Python for data processing.
? Previous experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
