Summary: As an Application Architect for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Your typical day will involve working with TIBCO BusinessWorks, facilitating impact assessment efforts, and producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of TIBCO BusinessWorks-based solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Assist in the development of project plans, estimates, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in TIBCO BusinessWorks and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveSpaces, and TIBCO BusinessEvents. - Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with RESTful web services and API development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with source control tools such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
