Project Role Description : Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.

Summary: As a Sr. Data Architect, you will be responsible for SME level expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Your typical day will involve working with data technology teams driving design discussions, architecture discussions and analysis with SMEs, identifying opportunities to enhance and bring advanced perspectives like GenAI in ETL and Data engineering relevant to project work, providing SME level technical and functional inputs across functional areas to Sr. and Jr. Developers and testing teams, Mentoring and grooming team members, Estimations, metrics and Risk management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Drive Architecture and Design discussions. - Draft technical specifications from functional inputs across various functional areas. - Drive testing team with inputs received from client. - Strategize deployment and drive along with client SME. - Formalize training for the client teams. - Estimate the scope and assess scope creep impact. - Highlight risk and dependencies formally to Accenture and client management teams through proper channel. - Assist program level metrics. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: - SME and Lead Experience using Ab-Initio. - SME level understanding of database design and hands on SQL skills. - SME level expertise on Unix based systems and Unix Scripting. - AWS Cloud project experience (Scality desirable but not must) - Snowflakes data base basic understanding. - Reporting tools exposure and ability to learn new reporting toolset. - Module / ETL estimation experience. - Technical Root Cause Analysis experience. - Ability to liaison with different teams such as DocGen / TSQL / Salesforce / Polysys etc. - CICD and deployment awareness. Advantage to have skills - Group insurance voluntary benefits knowledge. - Life Insurance Knowledge. Good to have skills: - Good perspective on AI/ML and GenAI. - Ability to participate in design discussions. - Python scripting knowledge and NoSQL database exposure. - Experience with data integration and ETL tools like Talend or Informatica. - Familiarity with Data warehousing and Data Lake. Additional Information: - The candidate should have vital experience in Ab-initio and SQL skills. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
