SaaS app administration (user access, roles, entitlements)
IAM lifecycle support (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
SSO / SCIM operations & troubleshooting
ServiceNow incidents & requests
Vendor coordination + SLA-driven support
Global user support (US, EU, Asia)
