Job Description

• Deliver in-class and virtual training sessions for Apple Maps production teams
• Facilitate interactive training, refresher, and review sessions as per Apple standards
• Ensure strict adherence to Apple-provided training materials and guidelines
• Conduct knowledge checks, assessments, and certification testing
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during production reviews and audits
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to trainees
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly training reports to the Consultant Lead
• Support new hire onboarding and continuous learning initiatives

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer (mandatory)

Strong training delivery and facilitation experience

Excellent presentation and classroom management skills

Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good planning, organizational, and implementation abilities

Preferred Background

Experience in Apple Maps / Maps / GIS / Geospatial domain

Candidates from RMSI, Infosys, TCS or similar organizations supporting Apple Maps production

Exposure to quality, compliance, or review processes in mapping projects
