About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced Appian Lead / Appian Architect to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade lowcode applications. If youre passionate about scalable architecture, handson Appian development, and leading highperforming teamsthis role is for you.

As an Appian Lead/Architect, you will own solution architecture, guide developers, optimize performance, and deliver robust solutions using the Appian LowCode Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for complex Appian applications.
• Build scalable components using SAIL, Records, Data Fabric, Integrations, and Process Models.
• Set coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct architecture & design reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to drive seamless delivery.
• Optimize Appian applications for performance, security, and high availability.
• Design and implement secure integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SSO, SAML).
• Mentor Associate and Senior Appian Developers; help build a strong internal CoE.
• Ensure smooth deployments and CI/CD using Appian package management and automation.

Experience:

• 814+ years IT experience; 5+ years dedicated Appian delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAIL, Records, Process Models, Data Types, Sites/Portals, and Integrations.
• Proven experience designing enterprise Appian architectures with integrations and complex workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, security models, and Appian best practices.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Appian applications.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and teammentoring skills.
