Hiring: Appian Band 1

Location: India

Domain: Capital Markets

We are looking for a skilled Appian Band 1 professional with strong experience in Capital Markets and exposure to Middle Office, Back Office, and Front Office platforms.

Candidates with hands-on experience in applications such as MCH, CRIMS, GRS, ACM, ADP, SSCD, ESP or similar enterprise platforms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Testing

• Work on Business Analysis & Testing lifecycle using STT tools
• Prepare BRD / FRD, Data Flow diagrams & Data Mapping documents
• Understand portfolio structures & capital market workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with Appian architecture & IT teams
• Perform workflow, requirements & data analysis
• Create and review Business Test Plans
• Coordinate with business teams for validation & sign-off
• Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables

QA Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories, wireframes & requirements to derive testing scenarios
• Write & execute test cases (positive & negative)
• Perform defect identification, tracking & resolution
• Conduct visual QA and support Product Owners in acceptance
• Participate in backlog grooming, estimation & sprint activities
• Enforce QA best practices

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Capital Markets domain

Experience across Front-to-Back office workflows

Portfolio structure knowledge

Data analysis & documentation expertise

Basic SQL knowledge

Agile methodology exposure

Strong analytical & communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
