Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AppDynamics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the deployment configuration and optimization of our application performance monitoring (APM) tools. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AppDynamics and a strong understanding of performance tuning for enterprise applications. You will work closely with development operations and infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless monitoring of application performance availability and user experience.
Extensive experience with AppDynamics (installation, configuration, and management) in large-scale enterprise environments.
· Solid knowledge of APM concepts, including transaction tracing, service monitoring, database performance, and end-user experience tracking.
· Strong understanding of application architectures (monolithic, microservices, containerized) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Performance Tuning & Monitoring:
· Experience with performance tuning for distributed systems and databases.
· Expertise in identifying and resolving application performance issues such as memory leaks, thread contention, and slow database queries.
Tools & Integration:
· Knowledge of integrating AppDynamics with other monitoring and incident management tools (e.g., Splunk, PagerDuty, ServiceNow).
· Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice
