The resource will support local APJ SC managers into driving operational excellence of the activities performed in the Sol center, monitoring KPI achievements and Sol center deliverables (reporting, self-assessment, etc.) as well as actively support any new initiatives led in APJ.

In addition, for some identified projects or initiatives ( APJ only; cross organization), the resource will be asked to support or/and help build plans; monitor them until completion; ensuring timely execution of actions owners; liaising with respective managers or functions.

Overall objective will be to ensure timely management and execution of deliverables; liaise and coordinate with DP PMO lead when applicable and partner with other SCs Ops lead or equivalent.

What you’ll do:

Support Solutions Center resources and local managers into the following ops lead deliverables:

- Operational excellence: ensure abidance to engagement; SFDC usage and rules by monitoring daily/weekly or monthly key indicators and ensuring corrections/communications of any deviations

- Track activity:

o daily workload related issues: backlog

o SFDC queue cases clean up (status update on queue status at EOD everyday

- Build ad-hoc and recurrent reporting packages for management and others ( and present them to stakeholders – Geos/management/etc)

- Maintain and update organization scorecards

- Collaborate with geo champions/process leads to identify deviations & issues

- Collaborate with other DP stakeholders

o WW reporting

o Other centers Ops leads; etc

- Manage onboarding activities:

o SFDC access/training/navigation and case management

o Supporting the local onboarding activities with team’s manager (SFDC training, triage process, accesses)

- Transactional Satisfaction survey: build/monitor monthly results and trigger ad-hoc reporting with manager

- Lead self-assessment (sample/resource alignment/report and package for sharing)

- IQ: Share GLIQ Data with Priya (GLIQ SPOC)

- Expansions: Participate into readiness activities that impact the team. Joins some of the meetings and provides support on any data reporting for expansion e.g., GLIQ

In addition, coordinate, lead, support Sol centers director into initiatives aligned to APJ or other

What you need to bring:

Experience in SFDC

4+ yrs of relevant experience.
