About the Role

Overall responsibilities of the warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• To follow the CGMP and safety norms and adhere with company Policy.
• Co-ordinate with QC Dept. for necessary sampling and approvals of Materials.
• Maintaining the inventory levels as per planning.
• Establish training need of warehouse personnel and ensuring closure within timelines.
• Responsibilities of Engineering warehouse with good housekeeping and safe manner.
• To instruct reporting persons to get the output within timelines.
• Monitoring the activity in all houses for safety precautions as per SDS.
• Review the change controls and deviations and ensure the CAPA within time lines.
• Participate in investigations and coordinate with investigation teams for necessary closure of investigation.
• Responsibility to implementation of procedures as per current CGMP guidelines.
• Ensuring FIFO and FEFO system during dispensing of materials.
• Participation and lead role in regulator and customer audits.
• Developing second line who will take care activity in the absence.
• Playing lead role to closure of audit observations.
• Reporting to head of the department of Warehouse.
• Handing of QAMS spectrum modules through eQAMS.
• Handling LMS and DMS through LMS & DMS.

Qualifications

B.Sc / B.Com / M.Com / MBA
