API Integration Specialist

One Metric is a fast-growing RevTech and CRM solutions company helping businesses optimize revenue operations, marketing automation, and data-driven growth. We work with leading CRM platforms and RevOps tools to deliver measurable impact across client sales and marketing ecosystems.

We are looking for an API Integration Specialist with 2 years of experience, preferably from the Salesforce or HubSpot ecosystem . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data, and automation - building reliable integrations that power seamless RevOps workflows across tools and platforms.

• Build, test, and maintain API integrations between CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and third-party tools
• Configure and manage data syncs, workflows, and automations across systems
• Troubleshoot API errors, sync failures, and data inconsistencies

• Work with internal teams to understand integration requirements and data flows
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across connected systems
• Support schema mapping, field-level documentation, and version control

• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows
• Perform QA testing before deployment and during ongoing enhancements
• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues

• Collaborate with RevOps, Implementation, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support client-facing teams with integration insights and technical guidance

• 2 years of experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot APIs
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data structures
• Detail-oriented with a process-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tool environments
