Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GITHUB BDD Robot TestNG SOAP Jenkins SQL Java Python Jira and Maven along with domain experience in Investment Banking Operations. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products contributing to the companys mission of delivering exceptional financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of test strategies to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using tools like Robot TestNG and BDD.
• Provide expertise in GITHUB for version control and collaboration on test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing processes with Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Utilize SQL for database validation and ensure data integrity in test environments.
• Develop and maintain test scripts in Java and Python to automate complex test scenarios.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using Jira to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Implement SOAP-based testing for web services to ensure robust API functionality.
• Use Maven for project build management and dependency resolution in test automation projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Investment Banking Operations.
• Conduct thorough reviews of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in test automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
