Role Overview

The Associate Partner Partnerships will play a key role in expanding the organization, The role will focus on developing and managing corporate and CSR partnerships, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and driving growth through strategic engagement with corporates and foundations.

The position requires a strong network in the CSR and corporate ecosystem, along with the ability to build long-term relationships and translate partnership opportunities into impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, and philanthropic organizations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with CSR Heads, sustainability leaders, and senior corporate stakeholders.

Business Development

• Generate new opportunities aligned with Soulaces impact areas.
• Lead the development of proposals, concept notes, and partnership pitches.
• Support revenue growth through strategic collaborations.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure long-term engagement.
• Represent Soulace at CSR forums, networking events, and industry platforms.

Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with program delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to strengthening Soulaces positioning as a trusted CSR implementation and consulting partner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Public Policy, Social Development, or related field.
• 712 years of experience in partnerships, CSR consulting, business development, or social impact sector.
• Strong understanding of the corporate CSR ecosystem in Mumbai.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
