Role Overview
Eloit Innovations is seeking a high-impact AEO, SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive discoverability, authority, and growth across its global platformsEdisapp, Kristapp, BibleOn, and Eloits corporate ecosystem.
This is a hybrid role combining Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), App Store Optimisation (ASO), and performance-oriented digital marketing. The role focuses on positioning Eloits platforms as trusted answers across AI-driven search engines, traditional search, app stores, and digital channels, while driving measurable traffic, installs, leads, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
AEO & AI-Driven Discovery
- Develop and execute AEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered answer engines such as Google SGE, ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, and voice assistants.
- Optimise content for conversational queries, featured answers, and AI summaries.
- Structure content for authority, clarity, and trust signals relevant to LLM-based retrieval.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives across Eloit, Edisapp, Kristapp, and BibleOn.
- Conduct keyword research, intent mapping, and content optimisation for high-impact organic growth.
- Implement schema, entity-based optimisation, and internal linking strategies.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
ASO & App Growth
- Drive App Store Optimisation for Android and iOS platforms.
- Optimise app titles, descriptions, keywords, creatives, and reviews.
- Support app discoverability, installs, retention, and engagement metrics.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, social platforms, and content channels.
- Align paid and organic strategies for maximum reach and efficiency.
- Assist in A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, app store assets, and messaging.
- Support lead generation, institutional enquiries, and brand visibility.
Content Strategy & Authority Building
- Identify high-intent questions and topics across education technology, church software, diocesan management, and Bible platforms.
- Work with content, design, and product teams to create authoritative, accurate, and compliant content.
- Ensure theological sensitivity and accuracy for BibleOn and Kristapp content.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
- Track performance across search, answer engines, app stores, and campaigns.
- Prepare structured reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimise strategies based on data and platform changes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 36 years of experience across SEO, digital marketing, or growth roles.
- Strong understanding of AEO, semantic search, and AI-driven discovery.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and ASO best practices.
- Exposure to digital advertising and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent written English and analytical thinking.
Preferred (Strong Advantage)
- Experience with SaaS, education technology, or platform-based products.
- Familiarity with faith-based or values-driven digital platforms.
- Knowledge of schema, E-E-A-T principles, and content authority frameworks.
- Experience with analytics, search consoles, and app analytics tools.
