• Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate tasks across Windows, Linux, Storage, Backup, and Network domains.
• Implement automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Event-Driven Automation (EDA)- EDA - Optional.
• Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow for streamlined operations.
• Manage and maintain automation code repositories using Git , GitHub , and Azure DevOps (ADO) .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure interoperability across different technical towers.
• Drive monitoring automation initiatives to improve system reliability and performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues at L2 level
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with Ansible (playbook development, roles, modules, and collections).
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, Storage, Backup, and Network technologies .
• Knowledge of data center technologies and cross-tower interoperability.
• Experience with AAP , EDA , and ServiceNow integration .
• Proficiency in Git , GitHub , and Azure DevOps (ADO) for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills .
• Good-to-Have Skills:
• Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with OpenShift containers and container orchestration.
