Animator I- Interactive

Job Overview

The Animator I will join our team-oriented group of people in the Interactive Game Development Department. The ideal candidate will work with a group of Artists, Engineers, and Game Designers to create both online first content and port AGS proven land content to online.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic compositions/layouts, motion graphic animations, marketing content, menus, UI and button templates
• Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas (including producing quick concepts/storyboards)
• Design and create overall look and feel for projects
• Highly proficient in Illustrator CC and Photoshop CC
• Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics
• Collaborate with the design team to come up with unique and engaging creative experiences
• Actively participate and offer creative solutions to both art and game design challenges
• Train and communicate with team members on the latest art skills and techniques
• Work with front end engineers to optimize animations for performance
• Create engaging and high-quality videos and GIFs to promote games

Skills/Requirements

• Portfolio required
• 1-2 years Professional Casino Industry or Comparable Industry Animation Experience.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design/Art/Animation or equivalent experience.
• Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics
• Ability to give and take constructive feedback
• Experience in Object Oriented Design
• After Effects and Premier
• Photoshop, Illustrator
• 3D animation in Maya/Autodesk
• Spine experience a plus
• Proficient in video editing, video enhancement, and assembling footage
