About the Role:

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1 - 2 Year experience( Mandatory)

Designation: Android Developer

Salary: 3 to 3.6 LPA

We are looking for an Android Developer to join our engineering team to build and maintain high-quality native Android applications.

You will be responsible for developing scalable mobile features, integrating backend services, and ensuring strong performance, reliability, and seamless usability across Android devices.

This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver stable, user-friendly mobile experiences and continuously improve app performance.

Responsibilites:

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin with clean, modular, and scalable architecture.
• Write reusable, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, security, and stability across devices and Android OS versions.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services, manage data storage, and handle network errors and edge cases effectively.
• Optimize app performance, loading speed, and smooth data synchronization.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while continuously improving engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12 years of experience as an Android Developer.

Strong experience with Kotlin.

Solid understanding of Android SDK and Jetpack components.

Experience with MVVM or similar architecture patterns.

Experience integrating REST APIs.

Familiarity with Git-based workflows.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

Good to Have (Bonus)

Experience with Jetpack Compose.

Experience with local databases (Room / SQLite).

Familiarity with background processing (WorkManager / Services).

Experience with Firebase or similar platforms.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with performance optimization and crash monitoring tools.
