About the Role

This role is for the one who can take the mantle of leading the #1 Android APP in parenting. Android Developer at parentune is the one, who's great at building scalable software solutions on Android Native. You would be involved deeply in the full software development lifecycle in this role, right from conception to deployment.

You should have proven excellence in Android Mobile App Development, especially with the coding languages - Kotlin and Advanced Kotlin, development frameworks, and should be conversant with third-party libraries.

You are the one if you have an eye for detail for great UX on native Android, you keep yourself updated with the latest technology and have demonstrated learnability and problem solving skills in your role.

Desired Profile:

• Expertise in Kotlin, Advanced Kotlin, Java OOPs concept, Unit Testing, UI and UX designing
• Should be adept in Android App Architecture, app lifecycle, roomDB, SQLite, Firebase Crash analytics
• Should be well versed with using App analytics like Moengage/Clevertap/App Ani/others
• Should have a good understanding of ASO principles
• Should have solved for challenges like compatibility with chinese devices, Notification deliveries
• Conversant with jetpack compose, Android Profiler, Network Monitoring
• Adept in deploying changeson the Play ConsoleStore

Hiring Process:

OTT (Onboarding Top Talent) funnel, which has 5 steps:

• 1st Round: Technical Exercise - Online or in person
• 2nd Round : Discussion with the Founder - in person or online
• 3rd Round : Technical discussion- in person at parentune office
• 4th Round : Non Tech discussion- in person at parentune office
• 5th Round : Final Discussion- in person at parentune office

Some of these in-person rounds are coupled and done on the same day/visit.
