Job Responsibilities

Host and anchor university events including academic ceremonies, cultural festivals, conferences, workshops, convocations, and promotional programs
Prepare event scripts, announcements, and cue sheets in coordination with event organizers
Introduce speakers, dignitaries, performers, and sessions in a professional and engaging manner
Maintain audience engagement and manage transitions smoothly throughout the event
Coordinate with event management, technical teams, and production staff
Handle live-stage situations confidently, including time management and unexpected changes
Represent Chandigarh University positively on-stage, on-camera, or during live broadcasts
Assist in rehearsals, pre-event planning, and post-event coordination as required
