Anaplan Implementation
Mandatory Skills
- MBA / Postgraduate / Masters in Supply Chain / Operations Management
- The candidate must have 4-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with consulting firm
- Sound knowledge of Anaplan Supply Chain Planning Systems with at least 2 End to End implementations
- Design Anaplan Models: Create high-level architectural designs for Anaplan models and solutions that align with business requirements
- Model Development: Oversee the development and configuration of Anaplan models, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and integrate effectively with other systems
- Good knowledge in optimizing performance of Anaplan Solutions
- Domain expertise in planning and modelling in Supply Chain (e.g., Retail, Consumer,
- Pharmaceuticals, Automotive); experience in Supply chain or Sales planning strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology requirements
- gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
- Conveying and communicating complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences.
- Good understanding of SQL, PLSQL, dashboards, workbenches, canvas and SRE processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) with ability to perform Analysis from a large data set.
- Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategically and commercially minded
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
- Ability to create dashboards, models, trackers, forms etc. would be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of Anaplan Model Building experience
- Achieved Anaplan Certified Model Builder Level 2 or above
- Experience in building and presenting dashboards using Power BI / Tableau is good to have.
