Job Description

DART (Data, Analytics and Reporting Team) is poised to be the central MIS group for all functions in the Operations team. We are a global group with presence in US, India & Philippines. 

As an Analytics Solutions Associate in the DART team, you will be part of the DART MIS setup and will be responsible for providing MIS solutions. You will collaborate with different stakeholders and across different levels of Management and ensure that the most optimum solution is provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations and tasks related to a functional area or business partner.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams as an SME from MIS.
  • Assemble data, build reports/dashboards, and provide input on innovative solutions for business partners.
  • Independently lead and deliver complex reporting projects.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, along with potential solutions, to unlock value.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bring over 8 years of professional experience combining business acumen with relevant MIS, technology, and reporting expertise. Possess a solid understanding of business operations and procedures, with the ability to integrate these into business fundamentals.
  • Have first-hand experience and knowledge in querying various databases and source systems for data analysis, essential for accurate and effective reporting. Skilled in creating reports and business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Python, Alteryx, SAS, and SQL.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire and aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies, while being open to different perspectives. Anticipate and resolve customer and general issues with urgency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities, with prior experience in reporting and data analysis development. Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, with desired experience in Fraud Operations, CTO Operations, and other Consumer and Community Banking departments

'Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Ability to write/understand SQL (PL/SQL, T/SQL, PostgreSQL or similar) and Data Analysis experience
  • Creating and deploying reports with a BI tool (examples include but not limited to Tableau, Microstrategy, Cognos, SSRS)
  • Preferred – Alteryx, R/ Python, Anaconda, exposure to Cloud Database, AWS, Snowflake, Datalake etc
