Role Overview
Were looking for a results-driven Analytics Manager who thrives on making sense of complex data and translating it into clear business insights. This role demands a strong analytical foundation, comfort with modern data tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboarding & Reporting
oBuild and maintain real-time dashboards using Power BI , Tableau , or Google Data Studio
oCreate custom reporting solutions for business functions including marketing performance, customer behaviour, and sales KPIs
- Predictive & Advanced Analytics
oApply statistical modelling (e.g., regression, clustering, cohort analysis) to forecast revenue, customer LTV, price elasticity, Repeats, NPS, churn, P&L, Category insights and campaign effectiveness
oRun A/B tests to optimize website experience, pricing strategies, and ad creatives
- Data Analysis & Modelling
oPerform exploratory data analysis using Python or R for trend identification and deep dives
oDevelop predictive models (e.g., churn, CLTV, demand forecasting)
oImplement and monitor A/B tests for campaign and product experiments
- Data Engineering Support
oWrite optimized queries using SQL for data extraction
oCollaborate with the engineering team on data pipeline improvement, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy
oExperience working with ETL tools
- Marketing & E-commerce Analytics
oTrack key D2C metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR , and campaign attribution
oAnalyse performance across digital platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, eCommerce platforms etc.
oSegment customer cohorts and analyse lifecycle behaviour
- Business Partnering & Strategic Insights
oCollaborate with product, growth, and leadership teams to influence decisions with data
oTranslate analytical findings into concise, actionable insights and strategies
oPresent findings to C-level stakeholders in a structured and data-backed narrative
Skills & Qualifications
- 46 years of hands-on experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, Banking or D2C sectors.
Proficiency in:
- SQL (advanced level)
- Python/R for statistical analysis and modelling
- Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for dashboarding
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis
- Web Scrapping, API Integration
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, CRM platforms, Shopify, or similar e-commerce tools
- Experience with version control (Git) and basic data engineering concepts is a plus
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)
