Analytics Manager

What you will do

• Analyse data and build solutions from insights.
• Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning.
• Analyse metrics and root causes to improve processes and KPIs.
• Support business development and design efficient processes.
• Drive resource optimisation and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Engage internal partners to meet customer service & transport KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and validate new/existing tools.
• Lead continuous improvement for the PACE business.

What you will need

• 69 years in Business Intelligence / Analytics.
• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager.
• Strong SQL, Python, and regression/analysis skills.
• 3+ years managing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
