The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) HIS Analytics Developer (Solventum) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing and augmenting existing reports written within an angular framework running over MS SQL Server
• Developing and Maintaining JavaScript Angular front-end scripts
• Connecting and utilizing in-house design frameworks and services
• Supporting various stakeholders to ensure consistency within the environment, release management, and the effective use of standards and best practices

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
• Minimum of two 2 years of software development experience, JavaScript-Angular(preferred),  Python & others considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience presenting data stored within relational databases

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Highly self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent and competing or conflicting challenges and issues
• Demonstrated team player with results-oriented track record

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Database development experience.
• Experience with database test automation
• Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues
• Work experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts
• Demonstrated abilities in creative problem solving and critical thinking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong communicator, possessing interpersonal skills and judgment in order to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
