Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
This role will be a part of Survey Solutions team. The Analytics and Modeling Specialist will be accountable for our client experience, employee experience, process framework and project delivery.
The role requires the person to have experience in delivering data driven insights and high-end solutions based on various survey tools, datasets, to help clients improve various business outcome indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the survey team account, involving multiple projects aligned to various domains (CX, EX, skills assessments, research, etc.)
- New products- Contribute to Expansion of Business Plans, Design and Drive Initiatives.
- Work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship to manage large global projects / programs.
- Partner with internal teams to solve for business problems -Technology, finance, HR, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, client teams and other functional teams to understand business problems, conceptualize design, and implement solutions.
- Working with Market Unit POC to roll out updates on projects and envisioning to solutions.
- Capability development of Self and team members.
- Look at various ways to bring efficiency to existing processes.
- Client experience, CSAT on project deliveries
