Job Summary:
Join Accenture’s Sales Excellence COE – Client Success team as a Data Science Associate Manager, where you will develop analytical methodologies and optimization techniques to drive business decisions. You will apply deep statistical tools and AI-driven models to identify patterns, generate insights, and optimize sales processes, helping Accenture improve its client value and experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop intellectual property for analytical methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Apply statistical models and AI/ML techniques to uncover relationships between variables.
- Identify data requirements and develop analytic solutions to solve business challenges.
- Build models and scorecards to help business leaders understand trends and market drivers.
- Work closely with operations teams to transform insights into user-friendly solutions.
- Manage access to analytical tools and monitor their usage to maximize efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, AI/ML, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and automation.
