Summary: As an Analytics & Modeling Practitioner, you will develop business insights using predictive statistical modeling activities. You will use analytical tools and techniques to generate and improve decision-making by modeling client, market, and key performance data. Your typical day will involve leveraging your expertise in data analytics to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of statistical models to support business strategies and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement statistical models to analyze large datasets. - Extract meaningful insights and trends from data using data analytics techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions. - Conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and modeling. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
