Role Overview
This is a high-ownership analyst role working directly with the Chief Product Officer. The analyst will act as a force multiplierowning data analysis, structured thinking, and executive-ready outputs. The role demands expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, sharp business judgment, and the ability to independently drive complex analytical work fromambiguity to decision-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analysis & Problem Solving
Build advanced Excel models for product, operations, finance, and growth analysis
Perform deep dives into user behavior, clinical/operational metrics, and business KPIs
Structure unstructured problems into clear analytical frameworks
Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and forecasting
2. Executive Communication & Storytelling
Create crisp, board- and investor-ready PowerPoint decks
Convert raw data and complex ideas into clear narratives and visual stories
Prepare decision memos, strategy documents, and leadership presentations
Maintain high bar for clarity, logic, and visual hygiene
3. Product & Strategy Support
Support product roadmap prioritization with data-backed insights
Analyze experiments, pilots, and program outcomes
Assist in PRDs, market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams
4. Execution & Ownership
Independently run analyses end-to-end with minimal supervision
Maintain analytical rigor while moving fast in a startup environment
Required Qualifications
Engineer from a top-tier Indian engineering institute (IITs, BITS, NITs, or equivalent),
OR
MBA from a top-tier Indian institute (IIMs, ISB, JBIMS, XLRI, SPJIMR, etc.)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in consulting, analytics, product,
strategy, operations, or related roles
Core Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Microsoft Excel: Expert level (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, modeling)
Microsoft PowerPoint: Expert level (executive storytelling, clean visuals, logical flow)
Strong analytical thinking and first-principles problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication
