Job Description

Role Purpose

Understand the requirement of the team and develop dashboards through Sigma

/ Tableau / Anaplan to help improve the flow of data in the process and save time

· Help the team by creating templates from scratch by using advance excel formulas and Macros wherever required, and also help with revamping of the existing valuation files as and when required.

· Closely coordinate, interact and present the dashboards data to clients on regular basis

· Identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements

· Drive UAT activities: Test, document, and support tasks

· Plan, execute, and validate data migration

· Reconcile and govern migrated data and reports

· Functional super user role on a day‐to‐day basis

· Assist with valuation and fund performance automation projects to enhance the FP&A activities and its global reporting

· Assist with the production of valuation materials across regional teams in accordance with BEPIF’s monthly valuation process.

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Master’s degree – Major in Finance and Bachelor’s in Technology for a reputed university

· Exceptional quantitative aptitude and skill set with a mastery of Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment

· Previous background within a valuation reporting role a plus

· Knowledge of VBA (macros) and Tableau a plus

· Rigorous analytical mindset with a high level of intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills

· Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation

· Effective communication (listening, verbal, and written) and presentation skills

· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

· Sound judgment and discretion

· Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision.
